TOS
1. You must pay at least half the price before I start drawing. Once the drawing is complete you must pay the rest.2. You must provide clear references of what you want drawn.3. You may not sell my art, or anything with my art on it.4. If you are going to use my art as a pfp you must provide credits in an easy to see place.5. You may repost my art with proper credit.6. If you fail to keep in contact with me during the drawing process or decide not to pay full you get no refunds and I may refuse to do art for you in the future.7. I may refuse to do or continue a commission if I feel uncomfortable. If you do not receive a sketch you may be refunded.8. I have the right to post my art of your characters anywhere, unless you tell me you dont want that beforehand.9. I will only take Paypal and Cashapp. I use USD.10. Do not, trace, steal, or claim my art as yours. If you remove or crop my watermark out then I will not do any further art for you.11. My art may not be used for outside projects or to feed any technology. You may not use my art as an NFT. You man not use my art for any Artificial Intelligence or machine generated art.12. You may send NSFW refs as long as they have a spoiler on them and with proper warning, but no irl NSFW. However, NSFW commissions are strictly friends only currently. I will draw gore!Any violations of my TOS, or if you do something I am uncomfortable with and you do not correct your actions may lead to you not getting any other art from me.
Violations to this TOS could lead to legal consequences.
